The PLATO offers spacious townhomes with three-bedroom / one and half bathrooms with a full basement floor plan. All units have washer/dryer hookup.

*$50 app fee (nonrefundable)

Lease: 

$900-$1,000 per month with a 12-month lease

$850 - $950 per month with a 24-month lease

Square Footage: 1,160 (approximate)

*2 Pet limit (75 max lbs);  $200 per pet fee (nonrefundable) with $25 per pet monthly thereafter.
